It has been a long time since I have written anything here. Since Obama got in, and then Rudd, it has simply been a time to sit back and "wait and see".
I was jolted out of my reverie, not by miners stuck in a hole, not by the Greens finally getting the recognition and support they deserve, but by the fact that Krispy Kreme is going the way of Starbucks in Australia, as reported by the good old ABC today.

Although we (Oceania) are still saturated with this form of carcenogenic colonialism in the form of McDonalds, KFC, Hungry Jacks, Wendy's and all of the other fetit fat fryers, this is one step in the right direction.
Fuck off Krispy Kreme!
