RIP Anna Nicole Smith

I can't say that I was ever a fan of Vickie Lynn Marshall, aka Anna Nicole Smith. She was one step down from a Paris Hilton, famous for being famous and vulgar.

When I heard about her son dying though, I started to think of what a tragic life this media monkey must have had. Now that she too has been found dead, you cannot help but realise that she must have been pretty unhappy for most of the time.

Smith never actually got her hands on the bulk of the fortune left to her by her late, elderly and ailing husband, J. Howard Marshall. The court case between herself and Marshall’s family raged on and on.

Now that Smith is dead, and that there is still a chance that her case for the money will succeed, there is a major paternity case regarding her surviving infant. The little girl stands to inherit the Marshall fortune, and is being used as a pawn in the fight to lay claim to the money.

If you ever saw Smith’s TV show, you know she had no talent. Her looks weren’t much. She was obnoxious. The “famous for being famous” gang know they don’t deserve to be there and that can’t be good for your sense of self worth.

I hope Anna rests in peace, and I hope that her daughter does not end up anything like her.
